Dude...like I totaly forgot.

Over the years I have forgotten about tons of music, sometimes its a good thing and....sometimes I'm reminded of a song, band, or what have you.
I find a lot of cd's in trade in cars or sometimes its a browse through my computer, obscenely large cd collection, or better yet....vinyl.
Anyway.
Over the last few weeks I've come across some songs/ bands I've forgotten.
I wouldn't say these are favorite bands but stuff I dig on here and there.
So, my top 5 forgotten...for now anyway.

Third Eye Blind.
Yeah "Jumper" is a little hokey but, I jammed on this while having a coffee and PB and J this afternoon.
"Graduate"

Everclear.
West coast post-punk heroin addicts. Gotta love Art Alexakis.
Everclear is still kicking, and Art plays a music teacher on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide....I Wiki'ed and confirmed, also ending a long running argument between a friend and I. I win.

"Heroin Girl"

Local H.
I'll admit that I don't know too much about these guys.
This album fucking rocks. " Bound for the floor" was their "break through" track but Like I said all their stuff is great.
This was my personal fav..

"Fritzs Corner"

Harvey Danger.
These guys have all been in this band and that band and so and so's band.
This song was in Disturbing Behavior, or was it The Faculty...?
In any case they are cool and I always forget to listen to them.

"Flagpole Sitta"

Cowboy Mouth.
I always forget about these guys (sorryScrappy...check her out, seriously rad blogger.).
Truly a great band though.
See Phil Collins isn't the only one who can sing and play drums.

"Jenny Says"

I just realized all this music is from the 90's or so..one more for good measure?...well...O.K.

Jimmy's Chicken Shack
I know nothing about them. I don't know if they are together still or not.
I bought the maxi single on name alone and 2 weeks later it was on the radio for..oh..I don't know 3 days.
Hey it was catchy.

"High"

and...

"Do Right"
